Profile Description

My first job was a medical secretary at an OBY-GYN ultrasound clinic. I take patient's details. I encode the data on the computer. During ultrasound procedure I take note of what the doctor's dictate. Its like doing real time medical transcription. For 5 years, I have learned to understand some medical terminologies, interpret results and manipulate the ultrasound machine.
Second, I work at as a front office personnel at a fitness gym. Basically I do office work, filling, taking calls regarding inquiries, encoding and reports. It also require customer service skills. I get to deal with a lot of people, assisting gym members reg status of their membership and non members inquiring about the fees and facilities.
Then my current work, customer service related and i also do credit check on customer applying for service my company offers.
