I was working in a Call Center company (BPO) for 1 and a half years as Customer Service Representative (voice and chat), however, I left the company after I got married. I am proficient in writing and has good communication skills; has background on Windows-based program. I can technically operate computer and passion in troubleshooting since I studied Computer Engineering for five years. I am highly teachable and trainable, trustworthy and honest, service oriented, reliable, responsible, and hardworking. I can handle work well independently and on a team. I have strong analytical and leadership skill. Last but not least, I am self motivated and fast learner.
