*Good communication skills. I am proficient in writing and speaking English. I have worked as a Customer Service Representative in a BPO. I have been a tutor to a Grade School student and a Korean student. I am a good listener.
*Research Skills. I am excellent in doing research. I can identify what is relevant and irrelevant in making a good research.
*Computer literacy. I have basic knowledge in computer hardware and software, especially word processing, spreadsheets, and email.
*Multi-tasking. In my almost 4 years working in a Japanese and American Firm, i have learned multi-tasking. I have the ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments that are absolutely critical.
*Interpersonal skills. I developed the ability to make a good working relationship with my co-workers and with my superiors.
