Profile Description

o RTR Analyst responsible for the journals, month-end close process, reports and reconciliation.
o Processes transactions for Journal Entries and BS Reconciliation
o Prepares post-closing month-end reports
o Ensures all general ledger accounts handled are reconciled and properly substantiated
o Prepares Intercompany reconciliation
o Escalates production issues to his/her team leader as appropriate
o Ensures all work is performed in accordance with targets in accordance with SLA
o Provides assistance with Cooperative to prepare financial statements
o Checks if all transactions are properly documented
o Validates supporting documents if genuine, accurate and relevant to the transactions
o Timely checking of transactions recorded per books if valid
o Assists Internal Auditor in validating supporting documents for journals
o Checks monthly financial statements if properly reconciled
