I have a full understanding of the operation in computers. I also have experience in learning and excelling at new technologies as needed. And as a Medical transcription graduate, we are trained to be responsible for patient medical information and other typing duties using transcribing and word processing equipment to ensure consistency in delivering medical reports which I was trained to handle different cases on medical transcription. In this kind of job I am sure that my knowledge in this job would be an asset to satisfy the employer's needs and expectation.
As a an experienced and trained Customer Service Before I am very sure my fluency in English language and confident to this kind of job is highly given because I had a lot of experience in handling customer service concerns and I am very sure that my personality would be very appreciated by a the clients inbound or outbound calls.
