Profile Description

I’m an experienced customer service with a diverse background in consumer care and sales. My field of expertise is client satisfaction and providing quality service. I have shown my competency in my job such as answering and resolving consumer issues and targeting sales quota.
I have taken responsibilities to assist in developing and implementing projects and events for the team and by that, I have demonstrated the willingness to do whatever it needed to complete tasks given. I have a humble amount of knowledge using Microsoft Office Applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook. In addition, I have familiarity in utilizing Windows Live Movie Maker & Adobe Photoshop. I have a background in troubleshooting basic computer problems such as internet connection, browser issues, and updates. Moreover, I have experiences in article and blog writing for over a year now.
