I have been working in a Call Center Industry for almost 10 years. With that experience, I learned how to multitask, my typing skills is excellent, and I can easily adapt to new changes. Most of the accounts that I handled like Sprint, Motorola and Time Warner Cable are known in the United States. I've learned how to troubleshoot mobile phone, house phone, Internet Connections, and Cable TV connections. My job includes bill explanations which include the history of their payments, adjustment applied on the account, additional charges and prorated charges. I also make sure that my customer is fully aware of his or her options on the services that he or she can avail by up-selling new products.
