Profile Description

I am a nurse by profession for which I learned the therapeutic communication skills and managing individuals from different walks of life.
My 5 years experience in the tertiary hospital has honed my profession as a nurse.
I then landed to new line of job working in a Business Process Outsourcing company under a Medical account since May 2012.
I am currently a Quality Analyst. I juggle different tasks like monitoring recorded calls while communicating feedback to encourage good ones, evaluating calls and provide agent training and coaching.
I am detail-oriented, have excellent follow-up skills, has knowledge on basic Computer skills, MS word, excel and Google. Additionally, I have a knowledge of English and basic grammar, organized and motivated. I have taken and passed the IELTS exam in academic module with overall band score of 7.5.
I want a long term or part time job where I can help in your business.
