I am an experienced E-commerce (Shopify) Specialist and Customer Support Expert. My passion for the Customer Service industry can be traced back to my pre-professional days. I completed a vocational course about Computer and Mobile Phone repair then proceed to a four-year course, Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering. This gives me the opportunity to encounter different people every single day and resolving their technical issues. I extend this passion by working as a Customer Service and Technical Support in the call center industry for about 7 years
I worked for several American and Canadian companies such as Sirius XM, AT&T, Time Warner Cable, Hewlett Packard, Google, and Shopify. I'm fluent in English and surprisingly great at speaking to people, I think this is the reason why I am very successful working as a representative. I was fortunate enough to work for Shopify as Guru and this opens a lot of opportunities for me. I have an interest in building websites during my college years but I find it very challenging by that time. I don't have my own computer and it was just pure theory. Shopify influenced me while making me a living.
