I have a total of 11 years background and experience in the Business Process Outsourcing industry and has served as Chief of Operations which have provided me with substantial exposure to managing outbound campaigns, Inbound Customer/Technical service, handling huge international accounts from design stage till implementation period and carrying out due diligence on project management to deliver client expectation and generate financial gain for the organization.
