I've worked in the call center industry for 4 years. I've been in the customer service department, billing and back office. I can process payments, set-up schedules, perform basic troubleshooting, do compliance reviews, collect and import or upload documents, do research through the internet. I can say that I have excellent communication skills, be it by phone or email. I am a team player. I've also handled a team of 6 before.
