Profile Description
I worked as a technical consultant or a call center agent here in Philippines for almost three years. I am pretty much trained for our security software. I checked PC for viruses and do some troubleshooting steps to fix some virus issue. I was also trained for our Billing department such as checking for payment information or any charges with regard to our product: do refunds and purchase online. I could also write some articles, poems and compose songs. I am knowledgeable in MSWord, MSExcel, MSPowerpoint, MSPaint. I can be taught easily. I can also teach. I taught special students and regular student for a year on computer subject.
