I had experiences in web content writing in various companies. Then from then, I started working in a Call Center Industry named Synnex-Concentrix wherein we cater to client's technical needs specifically networking and setting up various networking devices. From the company I am working for, I am both capable of handling phone and chat support. I am also one of the outbound agents where we call clients to make sure their network is working. I also consider myself as a customer service representative since we also make sure that customer is satisfied to our services.
