Profile Description

I have a wide knowledge in Customer Service. I worked as a service associate and sales associate in one of the biggest and well know local bank in Philippines. I process transaction such as cash check and pay out money after verifying that the signature are correct. Receive checks and cash deposit, verify amount and check accuracy of deposit slip. Enter customer's transactions into a computer in order to record the transaction and issue computer generated receipt. I am capable of supporting technology projects with remarkable deadline sensitivity, self motivated with strong problem solving and organization skills. I have knowledge in Business/System Analysis, identifies and communicate with the users to
formulate and produce a requirements specification to create
system and software solution. I stand as a liaison between the client and the programmer. I closely coordinate with the client to gather information, verbal, emails and phone communication. I do research, daily and weekly report to my project manager to give status and updates on the project assign to my team.
