I started as a Customer Service Representative & worked my way up to become an Operations Manager.

Through the years I have also helped other people hone their skills & talents & achieve their desired career path.
Counseling - There are personal aspects a manager has to address as well to be able to create a good working atmosphere for her people. i have learned the skill of counseling people to be able to give options on how to handle personal matters & use them as a source of motivation for them to do well in their job.
Problem Solving & Decision Making - This involves creating action plans in operating the business.
It also requires thinking out of the box.
Appointment Setting - I can do cold calling, set up an appointment with my lead & client, & get important information needed by my client to turn that appointment into a sales.
