Profile Description

For 1 year and 5 months, I worked as an Assistant Manager in a community drug store. I assist the manager/owner with store operations and sales processes, interacting with customers to solve any operation related problems or issues and deal and meet the demands of different clientele at large.
For 2 years, I worked as Data processor at Survey Sampling International (SSI) Philippines Inc. – a market research company. We assure our clients that when the survey goes into the field, it is good and working according to their desire, thus requiring us to create advance MySQL queries to check the data structure of the survey, checking every detail and catching possible errors. When the survey is closed, we send the gathered data to the client, which includes but not limited to ASCII, Microsoft Excel file, Crosstabs, IBM-SPSS and IBM-SPSS Dimensions Desktop Reporter. Before sending the data files to the clients, we ensure that the data must be perfectly cleaned or clear of problems. If any problem arises in our database, it is our task to analyze, solve and fix the issue by updating or manipulating the data.
During my stay at SSI, I am proud to say that I have worked efficiently with any given task - completing the task as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality.
In my previous job, we directly communicate with our account managers and to the clients who are base in North America and London via phone calls and emails, thus I have proficiently enhanced my verbal and written English communication skills.
