For over 9 years of combined experience working in the BPO industry as Customer Support & Technical Support Agent, I have gained tremendous experience dealing with different kinds of people and learned a lot about providing a great customer experience. One thing that stands out in dealing with customers; regardless of our race and nationality, we all want to be treated special, taken cared of and with our best interest in mind in resolving issues accordingly. I have learned to work with team members, with a different personality, but with one common goal for the success of us all including the business we are handling.
Those, I have kept in mind when I decided to work virtually. I have researched and studied to know about the applications and software that are necessary for me to perform my tasks and deliver results. I now realized how working on my own can give so much satisfaction and sense of achievement and it made me want to work more, not just for my client but for my self. I work for ideas to be implemented and to see results. I take care of the business as if my own, thus, I continue to learn new ways to boost my gained knowledge.
Working alone is never easy, and it kept me grounded, making me appreciate people and appreciate what I do even more. Because I am doing this for my family and children and be able to see and care for them while I take care of other people's business.
