Profile Description

For 3 years and a half, I have been working as a customer service representative taking Supervisor to Managerial calls.
I have encountered different kinds of personalities everyday including unsatisfied and irate customers.
I am well verse in written and verbal English communication with proper phone call etiquette.
I was trained for technical support specialist and was assign in Executive Resolutions department.
Worked as a Leads Generation Specialist for 4 years.
I have also worked as an Appointment Setter for a total of 6 months.
I am willing to be trained for additional skills that would comply to a job posted.
