I am a highly experienced BPO professional with almost 5 years of experience in the travel industry, handling both leisure and corporate travel accounts. My background is centered on GDS-based operations, with strong expertise in Amadeus Cryptic, Amadeus NDC, Sabre Red 360, and Farelogix. I have worked on a wide range of travel-related tasks including ticketing, flight changes, involuntary rebooking, disruptions handling, and end-to-end travel support.

Throughout my career, I have developed strong skills in managing flight reservations, processing changes efficiently, and assisting customers with complex travel concerns in a professional and detail-oriented manner. I am comfortable working in fast-paced environments where accuracy, speed, and clear communication are essential.

My experience also includes supporting both leisure and corporate travelers, which has helped me become flexible in handling different types of client needs and expectations.
