Profile Description

I am a seasoned online games operations manager. I have been exposed to customer relations/service and staff supervision. I am equipped with knowledge of game support systems, game integrity preservation, quality assurance, events conceptualization and implementation, and policy formulation.
I managed multiple game support teams while accomplishing various administrative tasks. This has also required me to communicate and coordinate with game developers (mostly from Korea). I also have some experience in product management and marketing, domain and website maintenance, and of course social media.
After a brief stint at small-time entrepreneurship (starting up and operating my humble little LAN shop in a sleepy little town), I decided to make use of my time and head on back to the city to polish up my writing skills. Though I did some writing in the past, my "formal" writing-for-money experience started with a self-publishing group of companies in Cebu City.
At present, I am immersing myself in blog and article writing with a touch of search engine optimization, which mostly means following the commandments of the mighty Google. I am still in Cebu, but I do take the occasional trip back to my home island to check up on things at the cafe.
As always, my goals are to learn, experience, and have a whole lot of fun.
