year ago, I started working as a call center agent, and worked there for 6
years. I started as technical support representative, my daily task includes
answering inbound calls about general information, billing inquiry, and
technical assistance if needed. After that I worked as a collection
representative and our daily task includes checking of daily leads for possible
payments, calling daily leads to aid and provide payment program to help
customer make their account up to date, process customers payment over the
phone, and leaving voicemail messages for a callback. And after that I started working
as a customer
service representative for an inbound newspaper account. My daily task includes
accepting inbound calls regarding general information, billing information, and
handling complaints ensuring that it gets resolved the first time. After that,
I worked as a customer service representative for Teletech Bacoor. I was
assigned to their back of house department and was mainly responsible for
processing daily leads order request. Our daily task includes activation of
service, updating of service, calling customer for appointment settings,
collaborating with other department if needed to complete customers order
request. And was later transferred to email support where in our daily task
includes answering customer emails about general information, billing, updating
of service, and then later was transferred to email complaints.
