I have successfully created a strong business and working relationship with a great start-up retailing business for Donaldson's Inc. for 2 years and 7 months. 

The company is based in Maryland, United States of America where they sell multiple-based category items in Amazon, eBay and Shopify simultaneously. 
Currently, we are gaining happy and returning customers from our two main brands, first is ---------- where we sell Gaming Supplies and second is ---------- for Household and Gardening supplies.

As a Webshop administrator and graphic designer, what is my part for this continuous success?

1. WebShop Manager with graphics designing : I have redesigned both of our old independent website, ---------- and ---------- using the Shopify e-commerce platform. Why? Because due to the increasing number of our mobile users, we chose to use the shopify services to aid this missing important key factor in our sales and customer retention. We want to have a better website that is responsive where people can view our website even when they are using their smartphone or tablet anywhere.

2. Managing my team remotely : Working for Donaldson's remotely is one of the factors in freelancing, but distance cannot stop me from helping my colleagues remotely. With my experience in troubleshooting and management, I am tasked to create a solution to a current situation given that day and relay my knowledge to the team where I find logical, ethical and lawfully acceptable for the business and for the team.

3. Product researcher and product page content quality checker : Due to the enormous competition for the buy box button in ---------- , me and my team are working together to improve our product listing in amazon catalog. We do it by giving a quality images an importance, better product description, proper keywording and giving most of the information needed to aid the customer's needs. I do this in a way where I put myself in the customer's seat, give them information as much as you want for yourself.

4. Packaging designer as part of company's brand strategy : I have been engaged to major packaging designs where I am able to use my designing skills using Adobe illustrator and Adobe Photoshop simultaneously.
