I was the Features Editor for the school paper for two years. I was sent to represent the school in an inter-school press conference. Also in that span of time, I garnered the nickname (among a select good few of my peers) "Writer of the Dead," having written articles concerning the passing of a few faculty members (Hitherto, I'm uncertain if they intentioned the remark to be castigatory or not.) I still spend a good chunk of my free time writing arbitrary essays (and just recently, screenplays), as an effort to prevent the skills from corroding.
In terms of technical skills, I am proficient in MS Word, photoshop, and have a little experience with Trelby. Although in hindsight probably highly irrelevant, I have experience in video game modification and design, and have worked with various SDK (Source Developer Kit) environments such Valve Hammer Editor (AutoCAD-like software for the Half-Life series), WorldEditor (Warcraft III, primordial platform for the popular DotA game), RPGMaker VX and VX Ace (Independent tool for the creation of stand-alone games). Also, as an inherent feat of my "official" profession (Medical Technology), I am inclined towards the provision of counsel with regards to health. I would like these random skills and assets to stand as testaments to my willingness and passion towards the learning of new skills.
I am idealistic, relatively well-organized and self-motivated whilst open to constructive criticism. As per reference to my friends' opinions, I am described to be "competent at almost everything" and possessive of a sense of humor that is "out of this world." My follies include love and badminton. I'm not very good at badminton.
