Profile Description

After I graduated from college, I became a recruitment staff to one of the most well-known fast food chains in the world. After my contract, I dUpgrade to see actual info to venture into BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) world, where I started in 2014. In my first company, I was under a cable account and worked as a technical/customer support representative and sales for almost 6 years. I then applied to another company and was working under a travel/reservation account where I do booking cancellations, alterations, and refunds as well. After 2 years, I applied to a medical manufacturing company, and I worked there as technical support. 

I am a team player, hardworking, a fast learner, exciting to work with, passionate, and eager to learn new things. I can communicate well in the English language to assure good service.
