I worked for BPO company both local
and international account as Technical Support Representative. I develop my data entry, communication and technical skills. I handled broadband account for local company. I basically helped customers do the troubleshooting steps for their internet connection. I also worked for international company for telecom account. I helped customers do the troubleshooting steps for their cellphone problem whether voice, messaging or data issue. My work requires documenting the conversation and escalating a particular issue that is beyond our control.
