I took up Bachelor of Science in Nursing and I'm a single mom of an 11 year old boy. I also have had several previous call center job histories and had experienced working as a Customer Service Representative, a Floor Support, to being a Product Trainer, a Quality Assurance Specialist, Supervisor and a Manager.
Now, I'm hoping for a more challenging role that would help me improve as a person which would also help me financially so I could give my son a better future. I'm definitely open to any changes, feedback and/or criticisms. I am willing to learn for my own good and for the betterment of everyone involved.
