I've been in the call center industry for 4 years. Because of my experiences in the world of BPO I was able to develop telephone handling skills. Working with different types of programs such as sales, technical support, customer service , surveys and reservations helped me communicate effectively to clients of various companies. Multitasking is what i love doing the most because it allows me to work fast but in an effective and productive manner. I got the chance to be introduced in using different kind of computer tools and software.
