Profile Description

I recently resigned from my position as Director of Operations from BrainyApps, a software development firm based in Miami, USA. I was one of the three people who started the company from a single client in 2016 to over 300 clients in active phases in development by the end of 2018. As Operational Director, I took care of the company's  systems and processes by devising protocols, organizing the development line, maintaining operating procedures, monitoring quality compliance, and refining our processes to make sure we deliver quality products to our clients in a timely manner. On top of that, I took care of hiring, recruitment, training, and even payroll. I handled a total of 60+ employees from different departments... Solution Developers from Ukraine, China, and Pakistan. Project Managers from the Philippines. Quality Assurance officers from India. UI and UX designers from Thailand, Philippines, and Ukraine. All of this was made possible by following the Agile Methodology, the foundation of our company's success. 

I am an Agile Project Manager certified by an accredited UK-based project management group, APMG International. I am well-versed in Agile concepts and passed their certification exam. I have over 5 years of experience in Agile project management, mostly developing software (mobile and web apps), using Scrum and Kanban. I am considered a Scrum Master in this regard. I can handle a team anywhere in the world, as my usual setup is handling members located internationally.

I am very proficient in English, oral and written. I am particular with grammar, spelling, sentence structure and diction.
