I am a confident, hardworking and patient individual. My job description was to service customers to their inquiries depending on their needs. So, I was trained to help them view their bill, take payments, walk them through our website, etc. For more than 2 years, I have handled thousands of different customers and I can say that I'm really good when it comes to building a rapport with my customers. I use power words to make them comfortable with me, I also make sure that I have an accommodating personality to make them feel assured whenever I assist them with their reasons for calling. I can also work under pressure and minimal supervision.
