Organizational and Planning – process of identifying an organization’s immediate and long-term objectives, and formulating and monitoring specific strategies to achieve them. It also entails staffing and resource allocation, and is one of the most important responsibilities of a management team.
Personal Skills
* Self-motivated – I am not a follower, but a leader. Yet, I can also be a team player. I am self-motivated in all that I do and therefore can motivate others. I easily encourage others to never give up on a project. The old sayings, “If there’s a will, there’s a way” and “At first you don’t succeed, try, try again,” I practice and promote.
* Oral Communications – makes clear and convincing oral presentations to individuals or groups; listens effectively and clarifies information as needed; facilitates an open exchange of ideas and fosters atmosphere of open communication(see tab “Recommendations”).

Logical Thinking – this is a key to making sound decisions and solving complex problems; a process in which one uses reasoning consistently to come to a conclusion. Problems or situations that involve logical thinking call for structure, for relationships between facts, and for chains of reasoning that make sense. This is an innate human ability. From earliest times, human beings have used this power. The first systematic study of logic is credited to the Greek philosopher Aristotle (384-322 B.C.).
