-I'm in charge of sending out all of the company's correspondence, including newsletters and announcements. 

*Email management/Database/Lead Management
-I manage company email and respond on behalf of the CEO.
-Adding and removing leads, setting up reminders, putting in place drip campaigns, updating client information, making listing alerts, and sending out email and text blasts.

*MLS management/Acquisition for Real Estate Industry
-MLS accounts are in my charge. The properties listed on the MLS are constantly being updated, and I am in charge of doing comparative market analyses and skip tracing.
-Scheduling showings.

* Probate Listing Coordinator
- I am in charge of probate listings and gathering contact information.

*CRM management
-I manage a large number of customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, such as Zoho One, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Real Office 360, and Hubspot.

*SMS campaign for Real Estate Industry
-In my role as an SMS campaigner, it is my responsibility to get in touch with the home seller and/or the realtor about the property that is for sale under their names and is currently listed on the Upgrade to see actual infoing Lead sherpa, smarter contact, and launch control.

*Market research/Acquisition
-I collect properties such as new construction, condominiums, rentals, houses, and vacant land through the use of Zillow, Redfin, Trulia, Upgrade to see actual info, and Craigslist as part of my organic market research that I conduct over the internet using these and other websites.

*Social media management
-I create accounts on various social media platforms and post content to those platforms, getting subscribers, likes, and followers.
-Update and enhance listing information, status, and photos.

*File Management
- I manage files for active, pending, and closed client files.

* Market Research/Data Entry
-I conduct research and gather FSBO and Absentee Owner listings. 

*Design & layout for digital marketing materials
-I design and layout brochures, instructional manuals, flyers, and postcards.

*Loan processing
-As a loan processor, it is my responsibility to ensure that all of the required documents are in order and that they are all original and authentic documents, such as bank statements, IRS records, etc. We used Lendingwise to process all of the data.


***Other software tools that I used are: Asana, Trello, Upgrade to see actual info, Microsoft Teams, Gsuite, GDrive, Excel, Slacks, Homebot.ai, Canva, REI, MLS accounts, Smarter Contact, Leadsherpa, Launch Control, Sierra Interactive, Brivity, Constant Contact, MailChimp, and other technological tools.
