I am adept with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. I gained experience in proofreading, so I am familiar with the correction tools in Word. I also gain immense customer service skills while working in the BPO and hospitality industries. I gain experience in handling customer/guest complaints, resolving issues at hand, and escalating them to the proper department if the issue is beyond my delegation. Dealing with customers provides me the opportunity to enhance organizational skills. I resolve easier issues and highly urgent tasks first before I proceed with the complicated or lesser urgent ones.
