• Almost three (3) years experience in providing excellent customer care services and technical support services to American customers over the phone;
• Licensed medical technologist with an English proficiency certification (IELTS) and a versatile skill set with significant experience in technical writing (Project & Business Proposal, Communication Letters & Standard Operating Procedure Manuals); writing and conducting research; data collection & entry; and sales;
• Possess good practical ability in internet installation; and troubleshooting connectivity issues, modems/routers, client emails (MS Outlook and Outlook Express), web emails (gmail and yahoo), web browsers (Internet Explorer and Google Chrome), and Windows 7 and XP Operating Systems;
• Basic ability in composing and designing leaflets & brochures for the promotion of a company’s various products and services offered; and in designing logos; and
• Highly proficient with MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
