In my 8 years of working experiences, I have developed different skills in various fields. Such as:
Data Entry- I used to do this work on a part-time basis in a Cargo Shipping Company based in London, United Kingdom from 2009-2012. I was tasked to do the clerical and administrative function of the company. To mentioned the work details, my main responsibility was to do a data-entry. Other responsibilities are:
- to do the recording and updating of customer's name, address, box sizes and amount. For about 150 records per shipment, at least 3 shipments in a day to finish.
-to do marketing promotion via phone, SMS and email
-Answering Inquiries and handling Complaints
Web Research- I used to do this in connection with the job mentioned above, I was task to do a market research on comparing prices of all cargo shipping companies around United Kingdom. Also, I was task to do some new marketing scheme based on the web on the said company. During my studies, I have finish my Masters in Business Administration and I have completed a softbound research in one of the subjects taken in the course.
Customer Service Representative- This is my first job before I enrolled my post-graduate studies.
As a customer Service Representative, I was tasked to do an outbound calls, handling customer problems, assisting in sales, order processing and clerical tasks. I have finished and passed my training on this job. I was also awarded as the Most Punctual trainee during that time.
Assistant Professor- I used to be an Assistant Professor in a University for 5 years. I used to teach Business Management subjects like Human Behavior in an Organization, Human Resource Management, Principles of Management. During that time, I was awarded as an Outstanding Faculty Year 2006, Most Compliant Faculty in terms of Reports and Assignments Year 2007.
