Profile Description

My first job was an outbound call center agent. There, I learned to go head-to-head with Americans in conversation. Right after, I was hired as an administrative assistant in the recruitment department of the same company. I handled the online assessments of applicants, the initial interviews, and clerical work such as encoding, filing, and even front desk tasks.
I then worked for a Korean company as an online English tutor. It was a very enjoyable experience as well, because I mostly handled younger children and they made my job more pleasant than usual. On top of that, the administrative staff of the company assigned me to part-time recruitment. I interviewed applicants, administered exams, and determined whether or not they were eligible for the post.
I strongly believe communication is my forte, both written and verbal. I perform well, I meet deadlines, and I do not buckle under pressure.
