I have been in the Call Center Industry for over 8 years and I could say that I have developed the skill of multi-tasking. I learned how to manage doing different tasks at the same time and still able to deliver. I have done some transcribing of voice recordings and monitoring conversations between agents and their customers as Quality Assurance. I also did Email correspondence. I have also conducted some training with new agents before they are assigned to their team. I also had experience with Recruitment by screening new applicants, conducting initial and final interviews to those applicants that have been shortlisted. Although I'm not an expert in using Excel, I was able to manage using it for submitting reports. I made sure to familiarize myself with it by using different resources from the internet and with the help of others. I am also willing to learn anything new to make myself succeed in whatever I need to do.
