I was a CSR for a year. I answered calls of customers interested in purchasing services or products. Build confidence to products/services being offered. Handle objections, set clear expectations, and find out overall need of customer to find a better resolution. Furthermore, during that time, I was also assisting my lead with coaching my colleagues for updates.
As a Quality Analyst, I monitors quality of calls and processes. Coaches agents and submit reports for quality skills improvement. Checks for hits and misses in processes and communicates feedback and recommendation to clients.
