I have been working in the BPO Industry for four years and gained a lot from my experience. I have been trained for a series of leadership and management development. In my experience from a Financial Account, I went through a program for Early Risk Assessment as well as being meticulous in assessing credit card holders past spending history. In my tenure for a Retail account which was our flag-ship account for the largest distributor of office supplies in the US, I was trained for Six Sigma and Root Cause Analysis. Afterwards, I was trained for LEAN leadership development. I had responsibilities to fulfill such as making tables for agent evaluation and performance assessment, Excel sheets for scorecards and daily reports, Powerpoint presentation for the clients business meeting, and as a Supervisor, I was tasked to do the scheduling for the agents. Recently, I also worked at the biggest Hotel and Travel Entertainment account which allowed me to book hotel rooms and provide world-class service to guests. I handle escalations and provide immediate solutions to service issues.
I have a lot of skills to offer and if given the right opportunity I could be a great asset to help establish your business and even help out in your daily activities. I am good at organizing and scheduling, as well as, typing speed of 50 words per minute with 98% accuracy. I am very open to criticisms and suggestions.
