Profile Description

Experienced virtual assistant and researcher. My role as remote worker evolved to admin assistant to project management to applications management. 

As an admin assistant, I handle email and calendar management, virtual office administration, recruitment (screening to onboarding new team members), payroll preparation, email outreach and content research.

As an apps manager, I link ads, pop-ups, landing pages to the email marketing software. I set up email automation using Active Campaign and Mail Chimp. I link different apps using Zapier. I design pop-ups and landing pages using Thrive and Lead Pages.

As a project manager, I communicated with clients and team members to ensure that outputs are delivered on time. I parsed tasks and instructions to team members using Trello and updated the tracking dashboard for each client.
