I've recently focused my efforts on Keyword Research. Until recently, I managed a team that was responsible for building a complete content schedule. This included coming up with blog topic ideas that are relevant to the NOW - seasonality, trend, and current events considered. My team was also responsible for providing the best keywords for writers to use in each article they write. 

This position also gave me experience in WooCommerce product list management, Wordpress (and Elementor), and Clickfunnels

I had previously worked (for 6 years) as an Order Management and Resolutions Specialist at Branders - a US based promotional items distributor.
(Upgrade to see actual info). I have hands-on experience in product listings, product descriptions for use in online sales catalogues. My responsibilities included order processing, inventory tracking, post-order resolutions, giving shipping and tracking info, doing shipment re-routes, handling customers' negative feedback and product complaints among others.

The job at Branders required me to have excellent multitasking and communication Upgrade to see actual info has also taught me the importance of customer satisfaction and quality transactions conducted in a very timely manner.

I understand the importance of teamwork and communication especially when there are issues that need to be resolved quickly.

Right after Branders, I worked as a virtual assistant. My main task was to organize and host webinars/online meetings/presentations. I was responsible for a series of webinars that showcased startup companies seeking funding. These webinars were a means for startup companies to give “pitches” to an audience composed of Global 1000 companies and investors. I was also responsible for handling emails that came in that were related to the webinar. I also had a hand at blog posts for the website as well as content for the newsletter pertaining to the webinars that I was currently handling.

Excellent English. Good writing skills. I have great interpersonal skills that allow me to connect with coworkers as well as people I need to deal with. I am attentive. I have a keen eye for detail and I am a stickler for accuracy. I am a fast learner. I take criticism with an open mind. I know when to take charge and when to step back and let others be heard. I can think outside of the box. I know when to ask questions and how to look for answers on my own. I do not give in to the pressures of work very easily. I am not easily fazed.
