I provide information about client's billing, status of their account, I also do upselling of services and features that are offered by the company. I also assist clients regarding their products and services when it comes to troubleshooting, instructions, activations, etc. I can do multi tasking well while making sure that accuracy of information is in order. I can handle irate clients and has active listening skills.
