Working as a Virtual Assistant for various online companies, brings credit on my professionalism as a trusted provider. I am aware of deadlines, quality of the work and time management. I am also looking to find a full time and a long term online job. I am been into Virtual Assisting for 2 and a half years outside oDesk.
I've also worked as a Customer Service Representative and have assisted a lot of customers inquiring about our product information, updated them with their status orders and shipping schedules.
I have a solid background on BPO or Broker Price Opinion. My previous job was a Virtual Assistant of a Real Estate agent based in New Jersey. My task is to do BPO and CMA analysis. I know to find comparables using State MLS and I have also experiences in completing BPO forms in different valuation Company like Corelogic, ClearCapital Resnet and many others. Another task also is to call home sellers to verify the properties characteristics.
I am very knowledgeable in listing the property in the MLS. I have also background on scraping leads on craigslist and sending them text messages if they are willing to sell their property. I have also experiences in posting ads on Craigslist and on Postlets.
I know how to pull comparables on the MLS given criteria such as GLA, lot area, beds and baths and most specially proximity.
I have used and filled BPO forms and know some BPO companies. Examples Resnet, Equator, CoreLogic, ClearCapital, Assetvaluation or AVM and many others.
I am available for 50 hours a week, Mondays through Fridays, flexible to work on weekends, at any given timezone. I have a personal computer at home and a reliable broadband internet connection.
