I have been with the BPO industry for more than 6 years now and I have an ample experience when it comes to customer service. I have been with ePLDT Ventus before (now SPi Global) and I have stayed there for 4 years. Before I became a regular agent, I was with the seasonal ramps for the Teleflora Company which is a known flower company in the US. After that I was hired as a probationary agent for Simulscribe account. In this account we transcribe voicemails to emails/text messages. I was part of wave 1 and later became an AdHoc/Assistant TL. After that, I was transferred back to Teleflora and during ramp seasons I get to train seasonal agents and then after training I will be their Team Lead. There are also times that I will be their Quality Assurance specialist. After SPi Global, I transferred to Transcom Worldwide Inc. I was part of the Wave 1 Billing Department. I have been an agent for 5 months and then after that I was promoted as a Product Trainer. I have been a Product Trainer for 1 year and 3 months. I trained agents about product, customer service, technical support, sales and billing explanation. Then there was an opening for the Sales position and I applied. Luckily I got the post and I have been a Sales Coach for 10 months now. We do not do hard selling rather we do transitional selling. We teach agents on how to transition a service call into a sales call, to pitch and close a sale. We also enhance agents’ soft skills to make them become a better if not the best sales agents.
