In my previous job in Bounty Agro Ventures Inc. my skills were put into practice due to the tasks entrusted to me. For instance, I’m handling Accounts Payable, and the pressure in here is you have to respond immediately to the questions, clarifications and follow ups of my boss & to our business partners. To fully address their needs, I was able to
explore MS excel
in order for me to come up an easy and fast monitoring of transmittal, unpaid/paid accounts, and released/unreleased checks. Below are my duties & responsibilities:
1. Prepare Accounts Payable.
2. Prepare Contract Grower’s liquidation.
3. Transmit Prepared Voucher Payable to Main office for payment preparation (applicable to big accounts).
4. Monitor Branch Revolving Fund.
5. Prepare Check Vouchers, checks, & prepare monthly report.
6. Gather check vouchers prepared for replenishment.
7. Attest monthly medicines & vaccines inventory.
8. Prepare monthly medicines & vaccines inventory report.
9. Prepare monthly withholding tax schedule.
10. Attest Supermarkets monthly inventory.
11. Attest CTG stores quarterly inventory.
Attest condemnation of live chicken & feeds retrieval of every farm.
I am also handling Administrative tasks, below are my duties & responsibilities:
1. Received Travel Order Form from every guest for the arrangement of hotel accommodation.
2. Arrange Hotel accommodation & function hall if there are guests & events.
3. Export daily time record & have it email to HR department, then distribute to the employees for checking if the printout coincide in the daily logbook, once the dtr were filled up & approved, I’ll mail it back to hr department for payroll reference.
4. Conduct exam for applicants then coordinate to HR dept. for succeeding steps.
5. Facilitate company special events (summer outing, team building, Christmas party, and etc.).
6. Conduct monthly medicine and vaccine inventory.
7. Prepare PowerPoint presentation for meetings (if needed).
8. Address the needs of employees such as:
• Giving brief orientation with regards documentation (Example: filling-up Requisition Slip, Purchase Order forms, Delivery Receipt, Receiving Receipt, Request for Payment form) and other company code of conduct.
• Fax/scan and email documents for approval.
• Follow-up pending loans and other administrative stuffs.
I strongly believe that my professional experiences made me more competent, and I am convinced that I am capable to do the task that would be entrusted to me.
