Event Planning Skills
Even before I ventured to event-planning and artist management, I have always been my family’s and friend’s social event organizer – hundreds of events such as weddings, themed birthday parties, debut, baptism, etc. When I entered the entertainment world professionally in 2010, I have organized 4 major concerts, 2 political campaigns, 1 corporate brand launch, 2 fundraising events and numerous social events. I spearhead the management of staff and volunteers to ensure events ran smoothly. I handle all the finances, logistics, procurement of event planning process, successfully keeping events run on schedule. I went through all the tasks of all the production team so that when I recruit or choose the person for each task, I know what exact skills are needed for the job during the division of labor procedure. I handle execution of marketing plans to ensure that events are properly publicized. I create a database not only of clients but also suppliers and media partners.
Marketing Skills:
As real estate consultant, I facilitated seminars, tours, presentations to educate our clients about our product leading to my consistent personal sales. Same goes through as artist marketing manager; handle all artists’ publicities through signage, invitations, flyers, concerts and media coverage. I also develop concept for their concerts, youtube videos and other social media ad.
Administrative Skills:
I coordinate schedules of artists to their clients to their management and to all other levels of the company. I provide daily operational support including telemarketing, data entry, mail distribution and file management.
