Profile Description
I used to work as a call center agent for a Singaporean account and an American account for almost 3yrs. I tried to deal with an insurance company, as well as with a medical wellness company doing both outbound and inbound calls. I can say that I am more knowledgeable when it comes to that aspect.
Aside from working in a BPO industry I also used to work as an Administrative Assistant in one of the big distribution companies here in the Philippines, so basically I have some knowledge as well in an office work.
I am an internet savvy person; I am also knowledgeable about Microsoft applications which I believe is more useful in office related works.
