I am currently working as a Risk Management Analyst wherein I am doing research and investigative tasks to prevent fraud related activities on customers' accounts. Working as a Risk Management Analyst for a top financial institution enabled me to develop my analytical skills with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes. I also worked as a Financial Adviser for JP Morgan Chase and provided solutions for financially challenged customers. I also rendered my expertise in troubleshooting internet connection and internet tv when I worked as a customer service/technical support for AT&T Uverse. I have also had my share as a Sales Representative
for Optus Mobile. With the multiple industries that I have worked for, I can say that I have already acquired most of the skills that would enable me to succeed in an field. With my years of experience in all of these different industries, I have developed my strong analytical and organizational skills, excellent communication skills, excellent written and oral interpersonal communication skills, ability to perform multiple assignments under pressure and consistently meet deadlines, highly organized and dedicated with positive attitude.
