Has been familiar to the BPO industry for 2 years already and is well equipped with effective and efficient communication skills. Has worked as a Customer Service Representative and/or Technical Support Staff of
StraightTalk Wireless as an account offered in the company I worked for in my first year working in the BPO industry. Then changed companies and worked as a Hotel Reservation Specialist of Expedia.com.
With the need to change locations I resigned from my previous company and got immediately hired from a different company near my new location. Worked for the company as a North American Customer Service Representative of eBay.com. I am currently working as a Nurse Associate of the Benefits and Eligibility and Pre-certifications Department of
a US-based health insurance company.
I also have developed familiarity with the usage of search engines like google and yahoo to research different source materials. I am also knowledgeable in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Windows Movie Maker.
