Ive been a desktop support for couple of years now i can install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware/software faults and solve technical and applications problems, making reports using microsoft office
i can configure FTP server . I worked as IT in call center got basic knowledge in troubleshoot dialer.(not Database side).
