I've been with my previous employer for 1year and 9months now. I'am with a campaign that does comparison for energy prices in Australia. I first dialed as a verification officer for door -to-door sales agents, and been transferred to inbound (customer service and sales), to winback/welcome (retention/survey team) and now to outbound cold calling for sales. As you can see, I'am FLEXIBLE to different types of skills and very ADAPTIVE of changes for the need of our campaign. I was able to meet client requirements for such campaigns that I was even assigned to be POC for the verification team, looking after my teammates, checking attendance, assisting their issues are only some of my tasks.
I'am familiar with Microsoft Office, Word, Powerpoint, and Excel. I was also trained before how to use Microsoft Office Dynamics NAV. I can easily learn how to use new software and tools just in case there's a need for it.
I want to have a stable job, in order for me to support my family. I'am willing to learn anything in order for me to keep my job. I'am hardworking and does not have issues in attendance.
